The announcements for the Android 3.2 update indicate that support for the Exchange ActiveSync "Password Recovery" feature was added.
Does this mean that Android now supports the ability to generate a recovery password to recover a forgotten device password? Or does it simply mean that the Android EAS implementation will no longer return an error when this policy is received, but actually being able to recover a forgotten password is not supported? >From what we see with the Motorola Xoom running 3.2, the latter appears to be the case.
