Hi Eduard, You can look in "My Library" on the Market website to see what applications you've installed from Android Market, and look at the developer information. The signature information on an application isn't exposed to the Android user after they've installed an application. Even if it were visible, certificates are usually self-signed, so there's no easy way to verify the information included in the certificate is legitimate.
Within Android market there is only one namespace, so two different developers cannot upload applications with the same package name. We have seen some instances of package name collisions for apps distributed outside of market -- so it's good to publish to market to make sure you don't have that problem.
