I don't think the Polaroid Tablet has Google apps, so no google
account stuff probablt to unlock. The first google hit for "polaroid
tablet lost password" seems to give steps for how to reset:

however, that seems like overkill. I think you can typically erase
user data to start over using "recovery mode". Searching for that
gives some of the same resources as using recovery mode is often how
to install new firmware.

but this really is a question for Polaroid technical support...
