maybe can just add access control to the app when it wants to visit the /data/app directory or other directories that containing apk files. Actually I don't know exactly how apps like apkinstaller export the apk files,but in my oppnion it just get the file from system directories like these: /system/app /data/app /vender/app /data/app-private /system/framework
