There's certainly no way to do this on vanilla Android. Additionally, this seems like a really bad idea, it's like saying "I'm going to unplug the internet connection every time I need to do a secure computation." Why don't you specify more completely what you fear will happen and what the threat model is and perhaps people can point you in the right direction?
