No Control "permissions" for the applications in Google play!

Software that needs a minimum "permission" to have all the control and
tracking of phone and personal information (passwords, telephone numbers,
etc.).

I believe that Google pays little attention to this security problem!

I suppose if the user to give the option during installation to choose what
"permission" to grant the application, significantly increase the overall
security of the system. Even if such a system is part of the functional
program stops working, it's better than giving criminals a free hand in
such a huge number of applications. I am sure that a lot of people do not
even consider it necessary to check the "permission" or do not know about
their existence, and as a result suffer from hacking accounts and stealing
personal information. For example, consider a simple program Flashlight.
Tested many different versions and in 90% of cases, these programs have the
"permission" to control the phone. The question is why?
