I would like android developers to add option to call ICE contact when smartphone is locked.
As a workaround people sometimes generate background with ICE contact to display on locked screen, but this is not common and you can't have your favourite background same time. Could you just add a button after choosing emergency call, to dial your ICE contact person number?
