I'm having difficulty tracing how data is put into the settings.secure db to be later available for consumption. As far as I can tell, some values are provided here, at least for default https://android.googlesource.com/platform/frameworks/base/+/master/packages/SettingsProvider/res/values/defaults.xml
But for a lot of the other values, I can't identify a source. Specifically, I'm trying to take an AOSP image, and provide a config_update_certificate value...but I don't see the "right" way to do this beyond doing it by hand after boot.
