Considering the privilege provided after 4.4 for the creation of demo videos using "adb shell screenrecord", I would like to ask if there is any scope that 3rd party app can use this to record the activities of the users without their notice. If yes, then it will be a huge privacy breach right? Please reply if 1) adb shell command is executed only when there is root access to apps. 2) If anyway 3rd party apps can access the screenrecord feature to record the activities.
