When testing an APK for down-level versions of OpenSSL:
unzip -p name.apk | strings | grep "OpenSSL"
What causes the output:
Failed to seed OpenSSL PRNG applyOpenSSLFix.
The string shows up in a search at Android Developer's Blog and the "Some
SecureRandom Thoughts" article
(https://android-developers.googleblog.com/2013/08/some-securerandom-thoughts.html).
The article was written in another context, so it does not discuss the fix
for the issue.
