Matthias, I am adding (java)docs on a daily basis, this will improve with time. What I am concerned the bpm4struts cartridge is ready for a first alpha release, although I did not implement validation yet. That's a LOT of work that I will implement step by step and hope to finish for the second release.
Concretely it boils down to this: users that make a mistake in their UML model will see a not so indicative NPE. With validation they would see a message that would help them solve the problem quickly, it will basically tell them what's wrong, why, and how to solve it. Implementing this for all the model elements is HUGE, so for the first release this is not possible (never was, btw). And also this: the online AnimalQuiz times out (cannot connect to server), I wanted to replace it with the new 'revamped' version of the sample ... is there something wrong with the Jboss server ? maybe you're working it and took it offline ?
