Great! I'm glad it worked.

Subject: [Andromda-devel] MAVEN_OPTS make build possible

Hi Chad,

this morning I did what you said (set MAVEN_OPTS), and I now get this
message:

    [zip] Building zip:
C:\Programming\andromda\V3\HEAD\andromda-all\target\distributions\androm
da-bin-3.0-SNAPSHOT.zip
BUILD SUCCESSFUL
08:20:31,674 INFO [App] Total time: 21 minutes 29 seconds
08:20:31,744 INFO [App] Finished at: Mon Apr 12 08:20:31 CEST 2004

Quite cool - I looked into the target directory to see what has been
built. The src and the bin ZIP files are both there! Now, some final
checks are necessary:

* Can you re-build from the contents of the src ZIP without need for
access to CVS?
* Can you regenerate the animal-quiz and the car-rental samples from the
bin ZIP without the need for an Internet connection at all?

--- I modeled the bin dist off of your last release of 2.1.2final and that
contained only the car-rental-system ear file and the SQL scripts (no
source), so I did the same thing and just added the animal quiz and car
rental ear files with the SQL scripts. So should I package the source of
the samples with this binary?

These two checks will tell us whether the distribution is complete.
Could you verify them, please?

Thanks a lot - really cool stuff...
Matthias

Thanks!
