You think you're puzzled, wait until you hear this:
Here it works, I did a clean checkout (yesterday) and everything builds
fine

I think it might be related to your local maven repo

Try this:

1. go into ${user.home}/.maven/repository
2. delete all directories starting with andromda
3. go into andromda-all
4. maven clean
5. maven dist

(to make sure you build online)
