Hey Walter,
Its for generating DDL from the same type of models you would model for the EJB or Hibernate cartridge for example. Currently it supports Oracle, but it should be able to support others fairly easily with some minor customization. I know one of the user's is extending it to support MySQL. I'm hoping to have it generic enough to support most dbs at some point.
