Incomplete creation of roles in web.xml

Not all roles are created for each <<FrontEndUser>> in the <security-role>
element of the web.xml (however all roles show up correctly in the
<security-constraint> definition. So what needs to happen is that every role
referenced in the <security-constraint> definition needs to be defined as a
<security-role> element as well (at the bottom of the web.xml)
