If you create the project inside the eclipse workspace directory, build
it and then create a java project with the same name as the newly
created project directory, eclipse does a reasonable job of working out
the source directories. You then just have to add the jars required, 
commons-beanutils,jboss-j2ee,serveltapi,struts,
in my case.
