A tagged value to specify wheter the finder should be cacheable or not.
There should be a namespace property to enable or disable caching, when enabled
the property:
hibernate.cache.use_query_cache true
should be written in the config file.
Then a tagged value within a finder method should specify in caching is enabled
or not for that querry.
When enabled, query.setCacheable(true); should be written in the finder method.
