Most generated files contain a file header like this:

// Generated by: <template name> in <cartridge name>.

I would like to have my own file header on all files generated by AndroMDA.
Changing all templates or using the merge feature wouldn't help, since I'd have
to update the changed templates each time a new AndroMDA release comes out.
