For some strange reason attributes within the metafacade logic template are not
being constructed using shieldedElement() or the shieldedElements() call,
instead the metafacade writer needs to call these operations explicitly in the
impl classes. This is wrong, we should not be calling shieldedElements from
within the impls, the logic classes should handle this for us. This needs to
be fixed to be consistent with the way associations and other operations are
handled.
