Resolution: Fixed
I change it to the correct URL pointing to Martin's machine (and made it a
property in the andromda-all/project.properties), when we get galaxy setup all
the way we just need to change that one property in the project.properties
file. We currently can't set the URL to jira.andromda.org because it at the
moment redirects.
