I sent Chad a model that reproduces the problem It has an inheritence hierarchy
with Party as the base class.
Party<-Organization<-OrganizationUnit<-Department,Team,Division.
MappingException in the ejb goal when Department or Team or Division generalize
OrganizationUnit. No exception when generalization to OrganizationUnit deleted.
Party has a String attribute, no other class in the hierarchy has attributes
