When specifying entity interface inheritance, Dao, DaoImpl, and DaoBase classes
are generated for the entity. Since no tables are associated with interface
entities and no hbm.xml is generated, these generated classes are extraneous.
The non-interface inherited entities that have generalized interface entities
are generated as expected, all properties of generalized interface inherited
entities are rolled up into the "concrete" entity.
