Resolution: Fixed
just use the existing @andromda.struts.action.type=image tagged value on event
transitions working on a table, an entry for the image will be rendered but the
image itself will be missing since I currently can't copy/rename resources
within a cartridge
the url for the image is looked up in a resource bundle and will be resolved
against the contextPath
