[ http://jira.andromda.org/browse/BPM-191?page=comments#action_11532 ] Leif Johansson commented on BPM-191: ------------------------------------
1. I assume you are talking about the case when A->B and A->C, right? Regardless of the multiplicity of these associations each one will be rendered as a separate link from the CRUD-form for A. Depending on which link you follow one of the associations will be pre-filled. Why is this a problem? Sure it only alows the user to handle one of the associations by following a link but it may still be usefull. 2. Are you talking about A->B and A->B? I claim that the only problem (beyond the limitations from 1) is that the link must show the name of the B-endpoint to distinguish between them. I may have missunderstood you though... in which case the above is probably jibberish :-) > Add "add referenced entity" button/selectbox > -------------------------------------------- > > Key: BPM-191 > URL: http://jira.andromda.org/browse/BPM-191 > Project: Bpm4Struts Cartridge > Type: Improvement > Components: CRUD > Versions: 3.0 Final > Reporter: Leif Johansson > Assignee: Wouter Zoons > > Given a composite relation with 0..1 or 0..* multiplicity in the > B-endpoint it would be very nice to be able to jump to the crud- > form of the referenced entity (B-endpoint) with the id attribute > of the A-endpoint already filled-out. > This allows one to create a tree of entities in a natrual top- > down mannor. -- This message is automatically generated by JIRA. - If you think it was sent incorrectly contact one of the administrators: http://jira.andromda.org/secure/Administrators.jspa - If you want more information on JIRA, or have a bug to report see: http://www.atlassian.com/software/jira ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by Oracle Space Sweepstakes Want to be the first software developer in space?
