Add support for Entities extending Interfaces. This includes the generation of
the interfaces' methods into the EntityImpl.java file.
Adding this support would allow for more flexible modelling. Discussed with
Wouter in the AndroMDA Forum:

an example. Wouter said I should file a JIRA issue and somebody would do it.
