I apologize for the bugs!

to 1) The idea was to add/initialize with the additional overload init(String[] 
contextLocations, , String serverAddress) in that case. But you are right: at 
least the default case should work!
I'm not familar on context loading with beanRefFactory, so I used the usual way 
of the servicelocator. Please have a look on it, maybe you have a better idea...

to 2) I've fixed it!
