No service locator for remote interfaces generated

The HibernateSessionEJBLocator.vsl template only generates locator methods
usable when the client is in the same jvm as the session bean, despite the fact
that it's private lookupHome method accept an environment parameter.
The attached patch adds a method for service lookup which accept a Hashtable
with environment specification if there is a remote interface for the session.
