web.view.field.size generates "size" for textarea instead "cols"

It will make more sense for the tagged value web.view.field.size to generate a
"cols" attribute for web.view.field.type=textarea instead of the default "size"
attribute.
This can be fixed in the page.jsp.vm file by applying the attached patch.
