The output model is much longer than I expected, by the way because
all the basic types from our profile are already translated (although
not being used). :-)
Now, I'll continue from this prototype and create "the real thing".
There will be a lot of challenges on the way, e.g. doing type mapping
from within ATL scripts. I'll keep you posted.
