Cannot load andromda.xml file / problem with merge mappings

The latest snapshot has an issue with merge mappings. Only if I declare a merge
mapping in my andromda-config.xml file, AndroMDA will stop working stating that
"No configuration could be loaded from ...". The file exists and it can be
loaded with previous snapshots. I added some debug statements and found that
somehow it is trying to load "file:namespace.ent", but cannot do so due to some
reason.
Running without merge mappings is fine, however.
