Create a How-To for one-to-one relationships

How to create a one-to-one relationship is a bit more complex than one-to-many
and many-to-many. There are two ways to do it primary-key association and
forign-key association. It would be useful to create a how-to for this. As a
starter, I am attaching a model that shows all possible permutations and
combinations with navigability and aggregation type on the association ends.
