Attached an example UML Diagram: Screen. It illustrates the advantage of using 
qualifiers.

First without qualifiers: A screen is composed of pixels. Each pixel is 
positionned on the screen at (x,y).
Then, with a qualifier composed of two attributes x and y. A screen is composed 
of pixels 
Finally with a qualifier composed of a single attribute, a Coordinate.

An zip archive containing generated sources follows. It illustrates a possible 
(and proposed) way of generating association ends with qualifiers.
