Add goal to maven2 cartridge plugin for automatically updating expected output

We should have another "Mojo" written for the maven2 cartridge plugin, so we
can execute something like "cartridge:update-output" in order to automatically
updated the expected-output.zip (so we don't have do this by hand). The name
of the expected-output.zip should be a variable in the mojo so that we aren't
hard coding the name of the resulting zip file.
