If i use <property name="outputEncoding">utf-8</property> in andromda.xml.
The resorce binary files from
andromda-jsf-cartridge-3.2-RC1-SNAPSHOT.jar or andromda-jsf-cartridge-3.1.jar
are corrupted. Probably used conversion ASCII encoding to utf-8.
