This are my changes to bpm4struts cartrigdes.
I changed the following stuff
0) pure project specific flavors
1) i played with id and class due to a bug of firefox, ignore these changes
2) add a table label
a) remove inflexible table layout. Removed h3
b) use style for required field instead of adding content
c) remove potentially duplicated id (styleid)
d) with c) I was able to distinct a page var from a table var
