ejb3: default cascadation setup for entity associations

As discussed in http://galaxy.andromda.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=3094 I have
got 3 minor issues with the default setup of association cascadations
1. The default cascade property seems to allow only a single value, thus I can
take any of the valid cascadation styles, but no List (thus I can not e.g turn
on default cascadation for ALL but REMOVE or any other non singular entry
subset of ALL.
2. The default aggregation for aggregations and pure associations is ignored. I
used the following patch to hot fix the cartridge for
my purpose:
3. there is a tiny little typo in the andromda.xml property name for the
default aggregation cascadation property:
'entityAggergationCascade' should probably be renamed to
'entityAggregationCascade'
