Android creates an empty folder

I installed the Android Plugin and also reference the cartridge location to my
local AndroMDA folder (C:\MDA\AndroMDA_v3.2)
When I create a new AndroMDA project I can choose 2 cartridges (j2ee and
richclient) and select the project properties.
But when I push the finish button Android creates an empty folder with only the
AndroMDA Configuration file.
After an double click on the AndroMDA Configuration file I get an messagebox
with following message:
Cannot open default editor on andromda.xml. Unable to open external editor for
...andromda.xml
