Add support for "private services"

For the moment, all the services we are modeling are intended to be used by the
presentation layer. So in the default setting, their should not take entities
as parameters nor return entities. This kind of services could be called
"public services".
We would like to be able to use "private services" also. These services could
handle entities but would not be accessible to the presentation layer (not
exposed through remoting, not accessible via the service locator).
