HI Joe,
I don't think it is needed. My projects doesn't have the Velocity dependency.
Try this one: https://sourceforge.net/projects/jgnuteca/

Cheers,
Walter

> Hi,
> I downloaded AndroMDA today and every time I tried to create an androMDA
> application I got a class not found exception about a context class of
> velocity.
> After puting the dependencies for velocity 1.5 into the pom of andromda-core
> it seems to work fine.
> I'm wondering how anybody can work with 3.3 but anway, there are a lot of way
> that leads to the top ;)
> By the way, i figured this out for 3.2 too, very strange ...
