I guess not then, below are the headers of their xmi. I guess xmi 1.2 and uml 1.3? Anyway, just discovered that xmi has a long way to go. I tried to import a poseidon xmi into umbrello and it failed. Vice versa, it also failed. Hope things will get better in a near future.
