Do you have plans to implement a Tapestry [ http://jakarta.apache.org/tapestry ] cartridge?
For those who never heard about it:
Tapestry is a web application framework very much unlike all others because it doesn't uses neither code generation nor template engines. Instead, it uses true Java objects that can be called from ordinary HTML pages. Instead of using ugly JSPs, you start from ordinary HTML pages, instruments them to add dynamic content and you end up with pages that can still be viewed in any browser and presented to customers as prototypes. When you run your web application, static content (the prototyped content) is substituted by dynamic content. This approach allow web designers to focus on graphic art, no code; and allow Java developers to focus on business logic, no HTML decorations.
