They have changed that. I talked to the Omondo team recently regarding the
live-source facility and this is what they answered:

[Omondo] Concerning the Turn on/off the live UML synchronization, it is not
possible today, but if you do not need the code, just do not use it :-[ 

[PeterF] Hm... That's not possible, since this produces name conflicts: Some
classes in the model just get transformed, but keep the same name. Even if
we work with multiple source folder (which is supported by Eclipse), this is
not the solution for this problem. The only workaround so far is to have the
model in an antirely separate project than the MDA generated code -  which
is awkward :-(
