Have you tried Magic Draw 7.5 Beta? That version reads XMI 1.2,. so therefore you can import your Poseidon models into it (I did and it worked well)...the only thing that didn't import is the diagrams (since the two tools store them differently). Magic Draw 7.5 Beta also has a community version (although unfortunately it only supports class diagrams).
