[Andromda-user] Error when build AndroMDA 3 from Scratch

I am followed the instruction on the Tiki (AndroMDA from scratch) and an 
error java.lang.OutOfMemoryError happens.
The error occur when the file 
andromda-all\samples\car-rental-system\build.xml execute the task 
genhibernatejava.

My system configuration is Pentium III 550 MHz with:

         512 MB RAM
         Microsoft Windows XP Professional
         JDK 1.4.2
         Ant 1.5.4
