Hi there, I am quite new to MDA and it would be great if you could help to get me started. I got some experience with Torque, which is a O/R Mapper that creates both the SQL and the Pojo Java OM files for you.
With AndroMDA: how often do you actually create the Java files from the XMI files? One problem that I could think of is: -> you create your model -> you use AndroMDA to convert it -> you add your business logic -> you test it and NOW you want to extend it / fix some bugs -> you go back to the Poseidon model and extend it ** -> does AndroMDA overwrite your business logic now? I am used to develop quite "iterative" and "incremental", e.g. small steps, tests, again analysis, etc. Does AndroMDA fit? What is your experience with the AndroMDA development cycle? thanx!
