It basically means you don't have the
webservice-java-outlet defined in either your "default" namespace or your
"webservice" namespace. If you'd like you can remove the webservice
cartridge from your classpath and the warning will go away. You can
also choose to ignore the namespace as well by adding an "ignore=true" to
the namespace, however if you want to provide the ability to generate output
from these outlets, you just add the property to the namespace like it
describes on this page: http://team.andromda.org/docs/anttask.html
