Thanks Chad. Well I am not the right person to say anything about it. 
For keeping from overwriting the files we have temp location where if the file is 
found to exist we generate and then merge it with developers file. Sure that asks for 
a clean up tasks but thats relatively easy to do.

        That sounds cool Vikram!  You guys wouldn't be willing to donate the eclipse
        plugin to the project would you?  How are you guys keeping from overwriting
        existing code in the developer's copy? I'll think about a way to make it
        easier to "plug-in" your own implementation so you don't need to rejar
