Hi Jens, The foreignKeySuffix has been moved to the UML Metafacade docs since its common to all cartridge extending EntityFacade: http://team.andromda.org/docs/andromda-metafacades-uml/namespace.html. Also the tableNamePrefix was just added recently so isn't in the 3.0M2 release.
