I know what it is, I refactored the web.xml merge
files into one web.xml that supports servlet spec 2.4
and I must have forgotten to add the ejb ref stuff to
it when an ejb is referenced from the web tier. Its
still being added to the jboss-web.xml however, hence
the exceptions you get. Unfortunately I can't fix
this until Monday night, however Wouter can fix it if
he has the time. Can you file an issue in jira for
BPM so we don't forget and I'll fix it first thing
when I'm back (unless Wouter already fixes it).
