You'll need to change the templates (or metafacades) that are located in the cartridge you're using. For example, if you're using the hibernate cartridge you'll need to change the templates located within the andromda-hibernate-cartridge*.jar file. You can override these templates with the <mergeLocation> property: http://www.andromda.org/docs/andromda-cartridges/index.html#mergeLocation (so you don't need to modify the cartridge itself).
